We are pleased to offer Yoga Classes to all members.

Men, Women, Beginners and All Levels are Welcome!

These classes are taught by a certified instructor, and practicing yoga enables you to develop your flexibility, strength and balance. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Classes are held on Wednesdays at 5:45pm and on Fridays at 9:30am.


 
In the Strength for the Core & More program offered here at Valley Brook, participants challenge their bodies with various class formats that combine muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility & neuromuscular coordination.  

The Strength for the Core & More class is offered to all members every Monday & Wednesday from 7:30 – 8:30 AM in the ballroom and is available at no cost to members of Valley Brook.
